Comes with large new bbq, bistro set in gazebo, wave boards, tubing tube, lawn furniture, pillowtop mattress in master bedroom, 8x5 foot metal shed, lovely area in back for siting by the fire. Back yard completely secluded as the whole area is surrounded by trees. Lovely beach 5 min walk away or 2 min drive.
Camp fees are 845$ per year and that includes hydro and h2o. There is a septic tank on site that I've only had to empty once every 2 seasons. Neighbors are great, the community is lovely, it's a really safe feeling camp.
There's lots of kids running around and lots of families! The driveway also has enough space to park your boat which can be launched at the beach.
